Judge Gabriel found that former Cooke County District Attorney Janelle Haverkamp — now serving as Cooke County’s only district judge — failed to disclose police and grand jury statements 

A separate judge has been appointed to preside in an upcoming hearing to determine whether Haverkamp should be held in criminal contempt for failing to disclose evidence.
