I am one of many who have been affected by the actions of district Judge Janelle Haverkamp and municipal Judge John Morris in Cooke County. Sadly, my story is not unique. Under their jurisdiction, children have been taken and there exist an unsettling number of instances where individuals have been wrongfully convicted. This points to a potentially systemic problem in our judicial process that needs immediate attention. We, the petitioners, would like to respectfully request a comprehensive review of all cases that have been under Cooke County jurisdiction. 

We believe that the integrity and the credibility of the justice system have been severely undermined by these issues. We are left questioning the fairness of the trials and the soundness of the verdicts in Cooke County.

Given these grave concerns, we find it compelling to demand that Judge Janelle Haverkamp and Judge John Morris resign from their positions. Such a course of action would affirm the fundamental principle that our justice system's ultimate purpose is to serve the people faithfully and equitably. Furthermore, it would act as a first step on the path of restoring trust and confidence in Cooke County's judicial system.
