Haverkamp Granted Permission to Still Give Legal Advice

Even though there has been documents presented, Judge Haverkamp has been given permission to give recommendations and legal advice even after being accused of withholding evidence. Haverkamp is not able to preside over the cases at the moment as the Judge over the Cooke County Region has come forward to decide if Haverkamp violated any laws.
