Demand Immediate Removal of Zimbabwean born Judge Tapiwe Gandidze for Maintaining Integrit

The Issue

As members of Operation Dudula, we personally feel the urgency of rectifying an issue that strikes at the very core of our judicial system. We believe it's critical to uphold the rule of law, protect our citizen's rights, and maintain the integrity of our justice system, which is why we call for the immediate removal of Tapiwe Gandidze from her position as a judge in Labour Court South Africa.

There's reason to question the validity of her citizenship, given that she acquired it in less than 10 years amidst well-known concerns about the Department of Home Affairs' practices. It's significant to note that South African law explicitly requires judges to be South African citizens, thus casting further doubts over Gandidze's qualifications for her current office.

More importantly, South Africa boasts many competent and rule-abiding individuals qualified for the position occupied by Gandidze. The placement of such deserving candidates can help ensure that our justice system functions as it should – with fairness, authenticity, and respect for the established laws of the land.

Stand with us as we appeal for justice and integrity. Sign this petition to demand the immediate removal of Tapiwe Gandidze and uphold the sanctity of our justice system.
