The Union of Private Secondary Education Employees (UPSEE) is raising its voice against ongoing injustices, industrial tensions, and gross violations of human dignity and rights at the New Educational College of Bel Air. UPSEE, representing educators and non-teaching staff in the private secondary education sector, is particularly alarmed at the escalating severity of these issues. Abuses of power in educational settings can result in significant harm to employees and hinder the provision of quality education. Therefore, we urgently call for an immediate, comprehensive investigation into these complaints to safeguard the rights of all employees in the New Educational College.
