I am being ignored by the department for health and safety, housing and environment in Newham

I have written a letter to the landlord more than a month ago now. I demanded an up to date asbestos report and also heath and safety report with a 48 hours response, I did not even receive an acknowledgment letter from them. 

I feel like the Council is still trying to hide this under the carpet, despite solid evidence standing strong against them.
