**Demand HOA Refund and Extended Pool Dates for Kingston Ridge Community in Lowell, IN**

Residents of Kingston Ridge community in Lowell, Indiana, have faced a frustrating and unfair situation regarding the amenities promised to them, particularly concerning the community pool. We, the residents, are rightfully concerned and upset as we continue to pay Homeowners Association (HOA) fees for a pool and clubhouse we have no  access to,l.

For months , the First American Management Group has collected HOA fees from the residents with the promise of enjoying the community pool as part of our amenities. Unfortunately, the reality has been quite different. The pool has not been available for use.

It makes no sense to continue levying fees for facilities we cannot use. We are essentially paying for a service not rendered, which is both unfair and financially burdensome for us as community members.
