I was one of the people targeted by Kingdom LAS employees in Harrow. Their aggressive and bullying tactics left me feeling intimidated and humiliated. What should have been a peaceful and secure community has turned into a place of fear and suspicion due to their actions. My experience isn't isolated; it mirrors the stories of many other residents who have similarly endured mistreatment at the hands of Kingdom LAS.

Kingdom LAS, appointed by Harrow Council, was expected to enhance community safety and uphold public order. However, instead of fulfilling their duty with professionalism and respect, their presence has become synonymous with intimidation and hostility. Reports from residents across the borough tell the same chilling story of confrontations that go beyond acceptable conduct, completely undermining the council’s intent to foster trust and security in our community.

The media coverage surrounding these incidents has brought shame and ridicule to Harrow, making our borough a laughing stock across the world. It is deeply concerning that a place we call home could be publicly associated with such negative press because of a contracted firm's misconduct.

Harrow Council has the power and responsibility to sever ties with Kingdom LAS to restore peace and dignity to our community. Firing a contractor who does not meet the ethical and professional standards expected by its residents is not just advisable; it is imperative.

We demand that Harrow Council take immediate action by cancelling the contract with Kingdom LAS. By doing so, we can begin to rebuild the trust and ensure the safety and comfort of all residents in Harrow.
