Demand Fox, NFL, & Shopify Donate ALL Profits from Kanye Ad to Combat Antisemitism

Demand Fox, NFL, & Shopify Donate ALL Profits from Kanye Ad to Combat Antisemitism
The Issue
During Super Bowl 59, Kanye West ran an ad promoting Yeezy.com. What Fox, the NFL, and Shopify may not have realized—but certainly know now—is that the only product on the website was a t-shirt featuring a swastika, labeled ‘HH-01’ (Heil Hitler).
As of today, February 11, Shopify has taken down Yeezy.com from its platform
According to Yahoo News & Finance, at least 10 Super Bowl ad slots this year sold for over $8 million each—for just 30 seconds of airtime.
By airing this ad, these companies failed to do even basic due diligence and should have immediately questioned Kanye’s recent behavior. Did they consider his vile, tyrannical, and dehumanizing rhetoric against Jews—his open obsession with Nazis and Hitler?
Why didn’t they pull him for his hateful, disgusting behavior? After all, don’t these companies claim to stand against hate?
Did they ever stop to question what Kanye might be "dropping" on Yeezy.com? Probably not—because it was easier to look the other way. But now, there’s no ignoring it: he was selling blatantly vile, unapologetically hateful, and dangerously antisemitic clothing. Full stop.
But the real issue isn’t even whether they investigated what he was selling. The problem is that they gave him 30 seconds of ad time—during one of the most-watched sporting events in America—despite his destructive, reprehensible, and abhorrent behavior within the last 72 hours. And that wasn’t enough to remove him from the ad slot.
They broadcasted and profited from the promotion of an antisemite to millions, undisturbed by his last few days of blatant Jew-hate speech on X.
So, what will they do now?
Now that they know, we demand they act.
We call on Fox, the NFL, and Shopify to:
- Donate every dollar they made from Kanye’s ad placement to organizations actively combating antisemitism.
- Publicly condemn this ad and acknowledge their responsibility in amplifying it.
- Review their ad approval processes to ensure this never happens again. (Kanye spent the weekend on a tirade of antisemitic hate—so why didn’t Fox, the NFL, or Shopify stop to question what his ad might be promoting?)
Beyond Fox, the NFL, and Shopify, there’s another name that cannot be ignored: Dov Charney, the CEO of Yeezy. A longtime friend of Ye, Charney oversees the production of Yeezy clothing through Los Angeles Apparel, the company he founded after being fired from American Apparel following allegations of sexual harassment, racism, and sexual assault. Charney is deeply involved in manufacturing Yeezy’s products— which most likely includes this swastika t-shirt—demands scrutiny.
Jew hatred was broadcast. Profits were made. Now, accountability is a non-negotiable. These corporations claim to stand against hate—now it’s time for them to prove it.
