Cora (5), Dawson (3), and Callan (8 months) Clancy were robbed of their breath, their futures, and their lives in a tragedy that haunts the conscience of a nation. After a legal process that stalled in a mistrial, the scales of justice remain dangerously unbalanced. A deadlocked jury cannot erase the immense weight of three young lives extinguished in a single horrific act.

True justice cannot falter, and it cannot compromise. We refuse to let the memory of these three innocent children fade into a procedural stalemate. We rise united to demand that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts pursue a decisive retrial, armed with the absolute resolve that accountability must be absolute, uncompromising, and permanent.

We, the undersigned citizens, advocates, and voices for the vulnerable, demand immediate, unwavering action from the judicial system to ensure the following:

Demand Life in Prison for Three Counts of Murder: We demand that the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office aggressively prosecute a full retrial and ensure she is locked away for the rest of her natural life in prison—serving three consecutive life sentences for the heartbreaking, senseless deaths of her three children.

Reject Stalemate and Secure a Definitive Verdict: Exercise every available legal mechanism to bring this case back to trial, ensuring that the evidence is laid bare and a unanimous jury delivers the definitive verdict that the victims and society deserve.

Stand as an Unyielding Voice for the Innocent: Ensure that Cora, Dawson, and Callan are never forgotten, and that the ultimate penalty of permanent imprisonment is exacted to protect our communities, honor the value of innocent life, and uphold the highest standard of justice.
