The rising cost of tuition puts an immense strain on students and their families. Vanguard’s students deserve to know that their money is being spent responsibly and that the university is prioritizing their education over unnecessary administrative costs. 1. Full Financial Transparency

• We demand detailed financial breakdowns of Vanguard University’s revenue and expenditures. This includes where tuition money is spent and an explanation of any recent administrative budget increases.

2. Student Representation in Financial Decision-Making

• We call for student representatives to be included in the financial decision-making process, ensuring that our concerns are directly addressed and we have a voice in shaping the future of our education.

2. Accountability for the Freed Center Overspending

• Vanguard must disclose the true cost of the Freed Center project and explain why it went over $25 MILLION OVER BUDGET. Students deserve to know how much of their tuition is being funneled into mismanaged construction rather than academic resources.

4. Independent Financial Audit

• We urge Vanguard University to undergo an independent financial audit to verify that funds are being allocated in a way that aligns with the needs and priorities of students.

5. Commitment to Financial Accountability

• Vanguard must commit to ongoing financial oversight and accountability, with publicly accessible reports that track how funds are allocated year to year.
