We, the homeowners of Brentwood Acres South, have been misled by the developer, Fairview New Homes. We were promised the right to appoint estate management and hold them accountable for service quality and fair budgeting. However, this promise has not been fulfilled. This petition is our call to action for Fairview New Homes to make good on their commitment and establish a Residents' Management Company for all households within our gated community. This company should provide equal voting rights and allow directors chosen by residents themselves. By doing so, we can ensure transparency in decision-making processes and maintain high standards of living in our community.
