Us as the fans, are deeply concerned about the wellbeing of ENHYPEN.

Since being formed in 2020 through I-LAND, the whole group has maintained an intense schedule with hardly any rest. While we value their success, we are equally concerned about their physical health, mental wellbeing, and basic rights.

ENHYPEN has constantly faced demanding promotions, frequent performances, international travel, and continuous content production without proper recovery time. This level of overwork is unsustainable and raises serious concerns about burnout and physical / mental health risks. The announcement of yet another world tour has only intensified these concerns.

No artist should be pushed beyond healthy limits for productivity or profit.

There are also serious safety issues that cannot be ignored. There have been multiple instances of saesangs chasing ENHYPEN members through airports with little to no visible security, putting both the members and the public at risk. Situations like these are dangerous, distressing, and entirely preventable with proper protection measures. Furthermore, there have been reports in the past of their dorm being broken into, which is an extreme violation of privacy and personal safety.

Engene's are also concerned about the members’ creative freedom. All artists should be supported in expressing their individuality, yet recent developments regarding the separation of a member after expressing interest in pursuing personal musical direction while remaining active in the group raise questions about whether this freedom is being restricted.

Lastly there are concerns about transparency and protection. Reports of fan comments about Heeseung’s wellbeing are being deleted during live broadcasts which suggest that concerns are being silenced rather than addressed. Additionally, his apparent removal from certain group activities while still being included in profit-generating materials raises concerns about fairness and respect.

Heeseung like all members, earned his place through I-LAND and has contributed significantly to ENHYPEN’s identity. However, fans have noticed his exclusion from group acknowledgments without equivalent individual opportunities, reinforcing concerns about unequal treatment.

This issue goes beyond scheduling. It reflects a lack of rest, transparency, and protection. No success should come at the cost of an artist’s health, dignity, creative freedom, or fair treatment.

Through this petition, we call on management to:

• Implement healthier, sustainable schedules
• Protect the members’ physical and mental health
• Ensure stronger security in public spaces and private residences
• Support their creative expression
• Address concerns with honesty and accountability

어떤 아티스트도 생산성이나 이익을 위해 건강한 한계를 넘어서는 압박을 받아서는 안 됩니다.

또한 무시할 수 없는 심각한 안전 문제도 존재합니다. 눈에 띄는 보안 조치 없이 공항에서 ENHYPEN 멤버들을 쫓아다니는 사생팬들이 여러 차례 목격되어, 멤버들과 일반 대중 모두를 위험에 빠뜨린 바 있습니다. 이러한 상황은 위험하고 고통스러우며, 적절한 보호 조치만 있다면 완전히 예방할 수 있는 일입니다. 게다가 과거에는 멤버들의 기숙사에 침입한 사례도 보고된 바 있는데, 이는 사생활과 개인 안전에 대한 극심한 침해입니다.

엔제네 팬들은 멤버들의 창작의 자유에 대해서도 우려하고 있습니다. 모든 아티스트는 개성을 표현할 수 있도록 지원받아야 마땅하지만, 최근 한 멤버가 그룹 활동을 계속하면서 개인적인 음악적 방향을 추구하겠다는 의사를 밝힌 후 그룹에서 분리된 사건은 이러한 자유가 제한되고 있는 것은 아닌지에 대한 의문을 제기합니다.
