I am a widow, my late husband , Chris is with me in that photo, physically disabled, and reliant on the income generated through Poshmark. Since the death of my husband of 19 years, selling on Poshmark has been a lifeline for me. However, two weeks ago I was banned without clear explanation or opportunity to defend myself.

Poshmark accused me of using unspecified sexually explicit language and suspended my account for 8 days. Two days ago, they extended this suspension to two weeks preventing me from both selling and buying. This action has not only threatened my livelihood but also seems unjust as there are users who have received up to 15 warnings without any suspension while I had only one warning in total. As well as having a sex registered offender as a face of Poshmark. I have seen drugs waved in the camera, people stripping, having buyers/sellers pay to be in the tray, I have seen hosts say items were too ugly or cheap to be sold, a minor on live getting alcohol from a n adult! Why are some warned many times and I was suspended twice for far from similar reasons? 

This petition is not just about reinstating my account anymore, but about demanding transparency and fairness in how Poshmark applies its rules. It's crucial that all users understand what constitutes an infraction so they can avoid it in the future.
