Embark is looking on the problem, I speak with AzureWave (from Embark Support) who seem's to understand the situation.

For them it doesn't seem's to be a pure ban but a "Restriction" on theses accounts.

I do my best to give him as much useful informations as possible, which could help him, and then us.
