I, alongside many teenagers and others, regularly frequent Eōs Fitness to improve our health and physical condition. However, the steep prices and constant, unnecessary extra charges are a significant encroachment on our financial health. This petition aims to pressure Eōs Fitness into reconsidering their pricing model and to stop overcharging their loyal customers.

According to Statista, the number of gym members in the United States has increased nearly 30% over the last decade, showing that Americans prioritize their fitness and wellbeing. But when companies like Eōs Fitness exploit this need by setting too high prices, many are left on the outside looking in (Statista, 2021). There are countless testimonies of customers cancelling their memberships due to the unreasonable costs, preventing them from maintaining their desired fitness routine and goals.  Along with this, members can’t even cancel their memberships without being charged.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to put their health first, regardless of their economic status. We, the Eōs Fitness community, demand a fair pricing model, which doesn't penalize us for our commitment to leading healthier lives.
