Demand Disciplinary Action Against Andrew Brown for Disruptive Behavior

The Issue

As a concerned member of the Frisco Independent School District community, I am deeply committed to ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for all students. Unfortunately, this environment has been repeatedly disrupted by one student, Andrew Brown, at Lone Star High School. Andrew's history of misconduct includes five known instances of assault and two instances where he posted threats to other students. He has also been involved in repeated harassment both online and in person over time. This behavior is not only disruptive but also detrimental to the mental health and well-being of other students who have a right to feel safe at school.

According to the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), 21% of students aged 12–18 reported being bullied at school during the 2017 school year. It is evident that bullying can lead to decreased academic performance, lower self-esteem, increased anxiety, and even depression among victims.

I firmly believe that every student deserves an education free from fear or intimidation. Therefore, I am demanding immediate disciplinary action against Andrew Brown for his disruptive behavior, which is negatively affecting our children's ability to learn effectively me and other individuals have personally experienced Andrew browns abuse which has caused me and other students  that attend  lonestar highschool mental, physical, and emotional pain  his disruptive behavior  is disrupting the schools learning environment by his repeated acts of harassment, assault, assault causing bodily injuries  to a disabled individual putting them in danger, and multiple counts of sexual harassment towards female individuals.

I urge you to sign this petition if you agree with us that no student should be allowed to disrupt others' education with their harmful actions. Together, we can create a safer and more nurturing learning environment for all students in the Frisco Independent School District.
