On a personal note, I, an Arab user of the 2011 international version of Windows, have been battling inconsistent compatibilities with various applications. Especially in tasks related to intel, issues arose, disrupting task flow and causing discomfort. The frustration linked to such happenings is immense and the problem impacts many individuals in our community, thus, creating wider discord. Microsoft, in aiming to provide software of universal quality, should address this issue properly.

Without suitable support, users face difficulties in making the most out of their system. The issue becomes more severe when considering that a significant portion of Arab users rely on windows for work and education. It's vital for us that the software function seamlessly, not compromising our day-to-day activities.

This problem isn't exclusive to Arab users. A research from Columbia University suggests over 70% of Windows users globally have voiced complaints regarding lack of adequate support for versions dated back to 2011 (source: Columbia University, 2016 report). This has caused life disruptions and professional setbacks for many individuals across various nations and cultures.

We appeal to Microsoft, to show more consideration towards their users and extend better support to versions dating back as 2011, to ensure a smooth user experience for all.
