AS a phlebotomist I see how hard we all work and the hard work that goes into being a phlebotomist. We do way more than just draw blood . We create relationships and trust . Without a phlebotomist to draw the blood how is the doctor going to know what’s wrong ? How is the nurse going to know how much medication the patient should be given or what kind of medication should be given . We do a lot and deal with a lot and we deserve better pay . Help me fight for all phlebotomists and help us get better pay 25 dollars to start or more .
