There are laws, and you can look them up and read them,  on HUD website, and I'm Washington State Landlord Tenant Laws, that protect you from any and all retaliation for signing this or filing a complaint of your own. So please sign or file complaints because if you dont, nothing will change. People are being hurt, treated unfairly, there are building code violations, people being bullied, falsely accused, and even being pushed out. Every ten day notice goes in your record and makes it harder to rent next time! And no matter if they were wrong, IT STAYS IN YOUR FILE! Please, they need to be investigated, and audited. SPEAK UP AND STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR NEIGHBORS! You don't have to be a tenant, just someone who cares.
