Zionism  has become a  global emergency.  It is the ideology empowering Israel  to carry out genocide, as well as attacking other countries at will. It encourages Israel to flout international law and social norms. It does so with impunity and the backing of several Western governments.

In Australia, this influence is alarmingly apparent.  Numerous examples reveal the Australian government is 'pro-Israel'. For instance, our PM invited Israel's president Isaac Herzog to visit, despite serious allegations that he incited genocide. It also gave him a private audience with ASIO- the only foreign leader to do so.

Australian business prosper from trade supporting Israel's genocide and its illegal occupation of the West Bank. Universities are sacking staff and penalizing students who criticise Israel's behaviour. Writers festivals, concerts  and other events are cancelled if they permit pro-Palestine views. Police beat and arrest Pro-Palestine supporters. Free speech and freedom of assembly critical of Israel is curtailed.

The influence of Zionism spreads far beyond Israel. A petition similar to this in the EU gathered over a  million signatures. One in the UK received over 100,000 signatures. Many organisations around the globe are calling out Israel's actions and influence.
