My name is Shaneeka Peaks, and I am a law-abiding American citizen who has always lived an honest life. For the past five years, I have experienced ongoing incidents that  require serious attention and investigation. Despite my repeated efforts to seek answers and assistance, I have been met with no response.
I am not seeking conflict, I am seeking clarity, accountability, and a fair review of my concerns. I have documentation and footage collected over five years, and I am asking for the opportunity for this evidence to be reviewed by the appropriate authorities.
This situation matters not only to me, but to the principle that every citizen deserves to be heard and taken seriously when raising concerns about their safety and well-being in America.
I am calling on appropriate government representatives and oversight bodies to review my case, examine the evidence I have gathered, and provide answers regarding these concerns.
I am asking fellow Americans to support this petition so that my request for answers is acknowledged and properly addressed. With enough public support, I will to bring this matter before members of Congress to ensure it receives the attention it deserves.
