We need your help again for 1 final signature to request the HOA Board to meet with Homeowners to discuss the HOA Annual increase or possibly Homeowners will Veto the increase. To lower, the increase to no more than a $50 in for 2024. Annual fee of $425. Please join us in signing this if we get %20 of homeowners to sign we will be able to have a meet before our HOA Board.
