Hi. Everyone. Great job getting 76 signatures on here. Now to get to Veto the increase we all need to sign the 3rd Petition. If we get over 100 signatures 20% we will be granted a special meeting with the HOA Board. I would like to setup the meeting as soon as possible. Before Christmas. Can you help me out. Have your signed the 2nd petition also. Please help us out neighbors. Go to Change.org and type in Trace Ridge Subdivision and you will see all 3 petitions on there. Be sure to read them because there's other ones out there with our same name. I think 6 total. But we only have 3. Look for my name on the petitions. Thank you for your help.
