Hey everyone,

Great news—we've reached and surpassed our goal of 100 signatures for today! A huge thank you to everyone who signed the petition and took the time to report the book on Amazon. Your support is making a difference.

As of now, I'm not finding the Jamal Millwood version of "Kim's Lost Words" on Amazon, which is promising. It’s possible that our mass reporting had an effect, but I'm waiting for official confirmation before making any announcements that it's down for good. In the meantime, we still need to tackle Barnes & Noble, where the book is still available.

   Dear Barnes & Noble Team,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the book titled KIM’S LOST WORDS: A journey for justice, from the other side by Jamal Millwood (real name Todd Guzze), currently available on your platform. This book falsely claims to be written by the late Kim Porter, based on alleged information from her personal hard drive. However, this is not true, and the content is not an authentic memoir by Porter.

The author's own admission that he cannot verify the book’s authenticity, along with the rejection of its claims by Kim Porter’s family, indicates that this product is fraudulent. It misleads consumers into believing that it contains genuine material from Kim Porter when it does not. This misrepresentation is a clear violation of Barnes & Noble's Content Policy, particularly under "Misleading Content" and "Infringing Material." Given that the product exploits the memory of a beloved public figure for profit, I believe it is in poor ethical standing and request its immediate removal from your catalog.

Allowing the continued sale of this book damages the trust consumers place in your platform and perpetuates the exploitation of Kim Porter's legacy. I urge you to act swiftly and remove this content to maintain the integrity of your bookstore.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Let’s keep pushing to ensure this fraudulent book is taken down from all platforms. Every report counts!

Thank you all again for your amazing support.
