I, like many others, have dedicated years of my life building a successful affiliate business. This endeavor has not only been our source of income but also a labor of love. However, our livelihoods are now under threat due to brands filing unjust copyright infringements on our posts.

We work in partnership with these brands through affiliate programs. We promote their products and in return, we earn a commission. It's an agreement that benefits both parties and yet some brands are violating this mutual understanding by filing copyright claims against us.

This practice is not only unethical but it is also causing significant harm to individuals and families who rely on their affiliate businesses for income. It's destroying the hard work we've put into building our groups and leaving us traumatized without any means of support.

According to the U.S Copyright Office, fair use allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder for purposes such as criticism, parody, news reporting, research and scholarship, and teaching (U.S Copyright Office). As affiliates promoting these brands' products within agreed-upon terms should fall under fair use.

Therefore we call upon all affiliate programs to take action against this injustice by mass contacting every brand they work with demanding them to stop filing unwarranted copyright infringements on our posts. Let's stand together for justice in the affiliate marketing industry because everyone deserves respect for their hard work.
