Demand action against harassment in 'Squid Game Unleashed'
The Issue
Players in the Squid Game Unleashed community have faced relentless bullying, harassment, and sabotage from a toxic group known as the Gold Standard crew, and some of their allies on the gaming app and across social media. Victims have had their personal information exposed without consent (doxxing), endured cruel mockery for eating disorders, suffered sexual harassment, and were subjected to mental games designed to create chaos and anxiety.
This aggressive behavior has gone unchecked, with biased moderators failing to act or turning a blind eye to the reports of abuse. As a result, many community members are left feeling stressed, unsafe, and emotionally drained, unable to fully enjoy what should be a fun and engaging experience. This situation not only affects individual players but also threatens the integrity and inclusivity of the entire platform.
Netflix and Discord must take immediate action to address these issues, ensuring that players are protected from future harassment and given a fair and safe space to enjoy their gaming experiences. Possible solutions may include stricter moderation policies, more effective reporting and support mechanisms, and a thorough investigation into the Gold Standard crew's abusive behavior.

In 2017, 8-year-old Gabriel Taye committed suicide because of the bullying he endured. On October 10, 2012, 15-year-old Amanda Todd experience cyberbullying so horribly that she decided to end her life. Megan Meier was an American teen who committed suicide 3 weeks before he 14th birthday because of the cyberbullying she experience on MySpace. We can never bring them back but we can put an end to the same behavioral tactics that make cyberbullying what it is. We can name the individuals guilty of this pattern and do something about it.
