To the Change.org Support Team, I wanted to let you know that this has happened in relation to my FetLife account, “Duckiesloves.” My account was restricted/locked after my involvement in or association with a petition hosted on Change.org. The petition referenced the publicly available name of FetLife’s creator. This information is already public and widely associated with the platform. Following this activity, my FetLife account access was removed, including access to messaging, groups, and community features. I have not been given a clear explanation of what specific rule, policy, or Terms of Use violation this action was based on. I am reaching out to document this situation and to make you aware of the potential downstream impact users may experience in relation to petitions hosted on your platform.
