On the very first day, I discovered a serious plumbing fault that caused water to backflow and overflow onto my floor from the toilet in the main bathroom. When I complained to the site manager, his response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Sadly, my story is not unique. Many homeowners have reported severe dampness issues due to incorrect plasterboard use by Persimmon Homes. This has led to countless floods due to leaks in many of their developments - Knightswood Place being one such example.
