As a proud veteran who served this country's greatest armed forces, I was taught to value myself, my community, and my property. I pride myself on attention to detail and accountability. Since purchasing my home in Stone Mountain, GA, USA, these values have been sorely tested by the actions of Partners Management. Despite their fiduciary duty to maintain common areas under the law since purchasing the property last year, there has been a stark neglect of their responsibilities.
