I am a student at Ray High School, and I have personally experienced the biased behavior of our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Hawkmiller. When I approached her with a serious issue involving another student, she dismissed my concerns with an indifferent "mhm" and took no action to address the problem. However, when it came to a playful comment made towards my friend, she was quick to threaten me with in-school suspension (ISS). It is clear that Mrs. Hawkmiller picks favorites amongst students and only takes action when it suits her.

This kind of favoritism not only undermines trust in our school administration but also creates an environment where some students feel unheard and neglected while others are given preferential treatment. This is not conducive to learning or personal growth for any student involved.

The role of an assistant principal should be impartial; they should act as a mediator between students and teachers, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and equally regardless of personal preferences or biases. Unfortunately, this has not been the case under Mrs.Hawkmiller's supervision.

We need accountability from those in power at our school - starting with Assistant Principal Mrs.Hawkmiller who has shown time after time that she is unable to fulfill her duties without letting personal bias get in the way.

We demand that Ray High School take immediate action against this blatant abuse of power by either retraining or replacing Mrs.Hawkmiller so we can restore fairness and justice within our school community.

Please sign this petition if you believe every student deserves equal treatment irrespective of their status or relationship with those in authority positions at schools so we can get her fried.
