Back in 2015 Mr Orion Perez had an interview about requesting singapore Filipino foreign workers to complain and blame the Philippines government.
His correct movement has the political ambition to request a change in the constitution as well as to assign blame to the current ruling party. He is doing this lobbying activity while working in singapore. By inciting Filipino workers in singapore to blame and complain about the Philippines government, these workers may carry out political activities in singapore and use singapore as a platform for the movements activities. This may give the impression that our government is supportive of his actions and cause unnecessary tension between our two nations. It is in my opinion that we should avoid such unilateral misunderstanding 

Note similarly if a singaporean who are in Philippines, were to publish articles which requesting the singaporeans oversea to blame the singaporean government and lobby for changes in the constitution, what would be the actions of our government on these singaporeans.
