I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your support in an important matter regarding ongoing communication issues and privacy violations related to artificial intelligence. We are initiating a class action lawsuit to address these concerns, and your signature is essential to demonstrate collective backing for this cause.

It deeply hurts my heart to witness how seniors and people of color are consistently exploited and manipulated. It often feels as though our value to those in leadership only becomes apparent when they are running for office. Now that we have their attention, it’s time to use our voices to speak up on issues that matter to us and can improve our well-being.

Statement of Support for Class Action Regarding Communication Issues and the Impact of Artificial Intelligence and Privacy Violations:

We, the undersigned, have experienced ongoing and significant problems with our phone calls, emails, and other means of communication. These issues have impacted our personal, professional, and financial lives, often without explanation or resolution despite numerous attempts to address them with service providers and relevant authorities.

Our collective experiences include, but are not limited to:

Unexplained dropped calls or inability to make/receive calls.
Emails being blocked, delayed, or undelivered without notice.
Repeated miscommunications due to service interruptions or disruptions.
Lack of accountability and transparency from service providers regarding these issues.
Additionally, we have growing concerns about how the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data collection has infringed upon our privacy and further complicated communication issues:

The use of AI algorithms to screen, block, or interfere with communication channels without proper human oversight.
Unauthorized access to our personal data, raising concerns about surveillance and misuse of private information.
A lack of transparency in how AI tools are integrated into communication platforms, often resulting in unexplained interruptions or errors in message delivery.
Violations of our right to privacy, with sensitive personal data being collected, analyzed, and potentially shared without consent.
We believe these disruptions, coupled with the misuse of AI and violations of privacy, are not isolated incidents but part of a broader systemic problem that must be addressed. Our right to reliable and secure communication services is essential, and we will no longer tolerate the disregard for these critical systems or our privacy.

By signing this statement, we are joining together to take collective legal action to hold responsible parties accountable and to ensure that these communication problems, privacy violations, and AI misuse are resolved. We seek fair compensation for the damages we have suffered and demand immediate corrective measures be put in place.
