GCADC OFFICER ISAIAH CHARLES WAS ALREADY A DEFENDANT IN A FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS CASE !

GCADC OFFICER ISAIAH CHARLES was already a defendant in federal civil rights case SA-24-CV-01201-JKP prior to the recent July 10, 2026 arrest and charges of sexual misconduct and violating the civil rights of an inmate.

Question:

Why did the GCADC administration allow an officer actively defending himself against civil rights violations in federal court to be in a position to further be charged criminally with subsequent civil rights violations? Horrific charges at that?

Jail Administrator Robert Hernandez and Assistant Administrator Greg Martin should be held accountable.
