First Amendment Right Violations

Seguin Police Department and the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Department have blocked me on their official government websites on Facebook. They did so because I have told the public the truth. It is illegal for them to block me. A blatant First Amendment right freedom of speech violation. The government is not allowed to prevent any citizen from making critical comments on an official government website. It is obvious why they have chosen to do this- because the truth that I am telling is too damaging to their public image. For example: July , 2025 Seguin Police Department Sgt Bruno Cavazos violated a state subpoena. He was subpoenaed by the state to testify against me but he failed to appear. This is illegal. This is a crime. But Sgt Cavazos was not arrested, charged, fined or disciplined. Why? Double standard. Seguin PD is above the law but common citizens are under the law. Additionally, in that same case, 23-1166-CR-A, Judge William Olds set my bond amount at $150,000. This excessive bail amount is prohibited by the Eighth Amendment. I was acquitted of the charge by directed verdict after 16 months of wrongful incarceration. Additionally, in the same case, not only did they try to ensure a conviction by the excessive bond of 150k but they appointed me a defense attorney to help gain a conviction- they appointed me as my defense attorney Guadalupe County Magistrate Judge Sunny Middleton! You read this correctly. They appointed a Magistrate Judge to represent me in my criminal case. This blatant conflict of interest , coupled with the 150k bond, was intended to ensure a conviction for a crime that I was innocent of! Acquitted by directed verdict 16 months later! Oh, by the way, Sgt Cavazos chose to go to DISNEYWORLD rather than testify against me. What does that tell you? Finally, to all the children of Seguin, be careful, pay attention, Seguin PD is watching you. September 25 marks the one year anniversary of a Seguin PD officer slamming a minor , a child to the ground and causing the child a concussion! Over an alleged failure to completely stop at a stop sign! Chief Jason Brady didn’t even fire the officer! Of course the same officer went on to commit another act of excessive force, then the brilliant Chief Brady fires him. But not when the officer slammed a child riding a bike to the ground and caused the kid a concussion! Be careful kids. Protect and serve can turn into Pummel and Slam in a second. Navigate yourselves accordingly citizens of Seguin. Especially you kids on bikes and scooters!
