SEPTEMBER 25 September 25 marks the one year anniversary of a Seguin PD officer slamming a minor!

September 25, 2025 Seguin Police Department officer Godinez slammed a minor who was riding on an electric bike to the ground causing the child a concussion. The child allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign. Seguin Police Chief did not fire officer Godinez and failed to even discipline him. Months later the officer went on to be terminated for a second incident of excessive force- this time an adult was the victim. “ If we do not know our history we are doomed to repeat it.” Sign my petition to hold law enforcement in Guadalupe County and Seguin accountable.
