Seguin Police Department Sgt Bruno Cavazos violated a state subpoena- yet was not charged, why?

In July of 2025 , in my trial of case number 23-1166-CR-A , in the 2cnd 25th District Court of Guadalupe County, Judge Crawford presiding, Seguin Police Department Sgt Bruno Cavazos was under state subpoena but failed to appear in court to testify against me. When Judge Crawford asked the DA why he was not there the prosecutor stated openly in court “he’s in Orlando Florida. DISNEYWORLD.” Sgt Cavazos was not arrested. He was not charged. He was not disciplined in any way. If you or I or any citizen were to violate a subpoena we would be thrown in jail. Why wasn’t Sgt Cavazos? Why are citizens under the law but Seguin PD is above the law? How can the highest ranking officer of the Seguin Police Department choose Goofy and Mickey over his sworn duty and not be criminally charged as you or I would? One magical officer. I also want to remind everyone that September 25 is the one year anniversary of a Seguin PD officer slamming a child to the ground and causing the kid a concussion. That officer was not fired or disciplined either. Are you starting to see a pattern here? Please sign my petition and make the public aware. We have a severe problem in law enforcement in Guadalupe County.
