Atlanta is Delta's absolute biggest home base. Since they already fly direct from ATL to nearby islands like Grenada and St. Vincent, adding a direct flight to Port of Spain just makes sense. It would let Trinidadian travelers from all over the US and Canada connect through Atlanta easily, instead of dealing with other airlines.

- Family & Friends: There is a huge Trini community living in Georgia and across the South. We travel back home constantly to see family, attend weddings, or just get back to our roots.

- Carnival & Vacation: From the unmatched energy of Trinidad Carnival to the beautiful, relaxing beaches of Tobago, people want to visit all year round.
