A 19 year old student, Muskan Dutta committed suicide by hanging herself at her place in tilak nagar on 19th of September, Thursday. 

She was blackmailed and tortured by ,Karan Chandela , who had some inappropriate videos of her. A case has been registered under section 306 of IPC.

We the justice seekers for muskan, feel that the Delhi police is not helping us as when we are informing them about the boy but no action is being taken.
