From managing pain to alleviating stress, our products have improved the quality of life for countless people across the Garden State. As an employee at one of the 5 TGR stores, I can personally attest to the positive impact our offerings have on our community every day.

However, the recent passage of Bill P.L.2025, c.215 threatens not only the livelihood of approximately 400-800 workers in New Jersey, including myself and my fellow employees, but also the accessibility of these essential hemp products to those who depend on them. This new legislation imposes disproportionate restrictions that could devastate an entire industry, instead of only those with improper practices. 

It's imperative to delay the effects of this bill and rethink its provisions. By doing so, we can safeguard jobs, help small businesses thrive, and ensure hemp products remain a legally viable option for consumers.

Moreover, there is an urgent need to establish common sense hemp regulations at a federal level. These regulations should reflect a balanced approach that supports both the well-being of consumers and the integrity of businesses. Meeting federal standards can lead to a coherent strategy that benefits all states.

Hemp is a natural, effective option for numerous ailments, and its responsible regulation should be guided by science and common sense, not fear or misinformation.
