Dear the Warrick County School Corporation,

We, of the Warrick County population, feel that the start times that are mandated for schools are too early to fully benefit the adolescent students that attend them. We feel that it is vital that our adolescent population is the future of our district and country. We feel that this future is not done justice by the fact that students are getting inadequate sleep and that school start times do not align with the adolescents’ natural circadian rhythms. We believe that to better help our students and the future of this land it would be beneficial to delay school start times to no earlier than 8:30.
