I am asking you today to sign this petition to start a girl’s wrestling team at Delaware Valley Regional High School. In 2018 New Jersey became the 14th state in the country to offer girls wrestling. In 2022 NJSIAA sanctioned girls wrestling as a sport. Girl’s wrestling is growing at a high percentage. 

Girl's wrestling isn't just a fad, it's here to stay. Let's give our Girls a chance to participate in one of the greatest sports. A sport that will teach them dedication, discipline, personal responsibility, and mental and emotional resilience amung others. 

Let’s not make Del Val one of the last to join, we want it in the now and not the future.
