The Issue

We are forming a petition to repeal the NFA (Nation Firearms Act of 1934) in the state of Delaware, as we see it is an infringement on our second amendment right. As of today Delaware residents are allowed to posses SBR's (short barreled rifles) and AOW's (any other weapons) but are restricted the use, sale, and ownership of suppressors, SBS's (short barreled shotguns), DD's (destructive devices), and fullauto firearms (machine guns, machine pistols). We as a collective want our rights as American citizens to ownership of said firearms.
