During the recent riots, looting, and burning of buildings, Governor Carney sat back and refused to take action to stop these events from happening.  He had two days prior knowledge that these events were going to take place.  He allowed them to happen and ordered the Delaware State Police to not engage with the rioters.  Doing so cost small businesses and exuberant about of money in damages.  Innocent people were injured. 

Article VI section 2 of the State of Delaware Constitution reads:

Grounds for Impeachment

The Governor and all other civil officers under this State shall be liable to impeachment for treason, bribery, or any high crime or misdemeanor in office. Judgment in such cases shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold any office of honor, trust or profit, under this State; but the party convicted shall, nevertheless, be subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment according to law

I am petitioning the State of Delaware Legislature to impeach Governor John Carney as well as anyone else that was involved in allowing the events to unfold.
