Hello neighbors! So excited to share the good news with all of you that at last night's Board meeting, the Board unanimously passed a motion to DELAY enforcement of resolution 233 only until October 2024. Additionally, they unanimously passed a second motion to create a new working group to come up with proposed parking solutions. I didn't catch all of the detail, but I expect the full motion language will be shared with the community via the next Courier and Board meeting minutes when ready for distribution. Enforcement of resolution 234 will still go into effect in early April.

WE DID IT! The Board heard those who expressed concerns at last week's Grounds Committee meeting, and they received more than 20 emails and an unknown of phone calls from residents voicing their concerns. Additionally, more than 20 residents attended last night's Board meeting, which was a new experience for the Board! I just can't thank you enough for stepping up -- signing this petition, emailing the Board, attending the meetings, calling HOA, and talking to your neighbors. THANK YOU!
