The water level is up and the ramp is open.  The lake is in excellent shape with lots of aquatic vegetation.  The fishing has been excellent.  Hope you have had a chance to enjoy it.  As the water level falls this summer I hope Austin PARD will take the necessary steps to maintain access for anglers into the fall.  I have heard through the grapevine that PARD has expressed interest in meeting with TPWD to seek funding for improving the ramp.  I hope they follow through.  I will post updates throughout the year and as I learn more.  Thanks again to all that have signed the petition to make your voice heard.
