Everyday families, like myself, are struggling to make ends meet. Being able to pay rent for example a one-bedroom apartment, which is now over $1000, has is beyond challenging . Just purchasing essential groceries, with a bill of over $100 for only four items. The sad reality is that many of us can't afford to live with these rising costs. 

In fact, data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that inflation is at its highest level in the past 13 years (source: BLS news release). At the same time, the median price of renting a one-bedroom apartment in major cities has skyrocketed, with census data indicating increases by more than 15% over the last five years in some places (source: US Census Bureau). The cost of basic groceries has also increased, with USDA data showing that the price of a "thrifty food plan" has risen by 24% in the last decade (source: USDA).

A change is obviously necessary, not only for me but for millions of American families feeling the squeeze. It's time for our leaders to take decisive steps towards decreasing living and housing costs and combatting inflation. By doing so, they can help ensure that everyday necessities become affordable for all and that no one is priced out of a basic standard of living.

Its is time for all of us to stick together, All of us can't be silenced! It’s time to make a change.
