The actions of the Russian Armed Forces against the civilian population of Ukraine are brutal and inexcusable. Attacks on the power grid, missile attacks against cities and the rape and murder of civilians are being sanctioned by Russia's political and military leadership.  State sanctioned attacks on Ukraine's core infrastructure serves no purpose other than to terrorize the civilian population.  

Kiwi's please ask your Government to stand up and call out Russia for what it is - a State engaged in the worst excesses of terrorism against a civilian population seen in our lifetime.
