Declare Gau Mata as "Rashtriya Mata", Protect Cow Milk, and Ensure Transparent Verification of Beef Products

We, the undersigned citizens of India, respectfully urge the Government of India and all State Governments to take meaningful steps to protect the cultural, spiritual, and civilizational significance of Gau Mata while ensuring transparency, lawful governance, animal welfare, and social harmony.

For millions of Indians, Gau Mata symbolizes compassion, motherhood, nourishment, and India's ancient heritage. We therefore respectfully request the following:

1. Declare Gau Mata as "Rashtriya Mata" (National Mother)

We request the Government of India to examine and implement appropriate constitutional, legislative, or administrative measures to officially recognize Gau Mata as "Rashtriya Mata" (National Mother) in acknowledgment of her unique place in Indian culture, tradition, and spiritual life.

2. Protect Cow Milk and Review Its Commercial Sale

We request the Government to establish a national expert committee to study and review the commercial use and sale of cow milk and to consider legal measures for its protection in a manner that prioritizes animal welfare, calf nutrition, ethical treatment of cattle, and respect for cultural sentiments.

3. Ensure Transparent Verification of Beef and Meat Products

We request the Government of India and State Authorities to establish a strict and transparent nationwide verification system for all legally permitted meat processing and trade activities, including:

Mandatory species identification and certification.
Digital traceability and record-keeping.
Independent veterinary verification.
Strong penalties for mislabeling or illegal slaughter.
Public transparency measures to ensure that meat sold or exported is accurately identified according to law.
A Message of Respect and National Harmony

As an Indian Muslim citizen, I respectfully submit this appeal with sincerity and goodwill. I deeply respect the faith, traditions, and sentiments that millions of our Hindu brothers and sisters hold toward Gau Mata.

With folded hands, I humbly request the Government of India and all State Governments to consider recognizing Gau Mata as "Rashtriya Mata" and to strengthen measures for her protection in accordance with the Constitution and the rule of law.

This appeal is made in the spirit of mutual respect, brotherhood, and national unity. My intention is not to create division but to promote understanding, compassion, and harmony among all communities of India. Respecting each other's beliefs and cultural sentiments strengthens the bonds of love and trust that unite our nation.
