It is with a heavy heart that I will address this document to the 119th Congress and the current executive of the United States,

WE the people of the United States,

-have witnessed the executive and our legislators bring issues of great importance before our national and states judiciary. These issues, crucial to the fabric of our society, have been met with repeated filibustering and pretended legislation repugnant to the Constitution and against the governed. This is not just my own testimony; it's a voice shared by countless others who feel their liberties are being silenced.

The founders of this nation believed that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. They held that when any form of government becomes destructive, it is within people's rights to alter or abolish it, instituting a new government based on principles most likely to ensure safety and happiness not repugnant to our constitution.

Today we see an erosion of these principles as important legislation is withheld by executives while Congress refuses to legislate in accordance with constitutional mandates and representation of the governed.

We cannot stand idle while these transgressions continue unchallenged.

To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid nation.

This petition calls for immediate action:

A return to constitutional republic governance where decisions are made in accordance with the consent of the citizens' rather than political convenience, personal gain, or pretended humanitarian aid, or of a people's wrongly represented without citizenship.

It's time we remind those in power that they are accountable first and foremost to us - the governed, lest we be submitted to more pain of our despotic government taking more powers delegated to them and forbidden by our supreme law.

We stand at the precipice of a new unrecognizable America, one not of the governed but of a peoples brought into this nation deprived of due process and allowed to remain where the executive places them. (USC title 8 section 1182)

The intentions of this petition is to sever the ties which have bound us for nearly 300 years as the contract between us and the government has been repeatedly injured time and time again effectively rendering our contract null and void and creating a new Democratic process no longer recognizable to the people of the Constitutional republic. 

The citizens can no longer own property outright as laws have been placed taxing the individual directly and pretending as it not an excise tax, and when those taxes are not paid the individual is deprived the property without true due process.

 The right to life and persons is questioned and punished by our courts when in any course of event one must defend his life and limb from an attacker who does not recognize our Constitution or ignores it and the right to life and persons.

We see the use of electronic surveillance equipment out on public roads and police enforcing laws repugnant to the Constitution in the right to be secure and one's property papers and effects from unreasonable search and seizure.

We see the judiciary opining case law repugnant to the Constitution, making absolutely no sense to the means that justify the ends, reflecting more of what a tyrant would be defined as when dealing or settling litigation.

Statehoods have upheld in our courts that aliens not native-born to the United States and not arranged, or have made a statement claiming that they wish to be citizens, can take part in our Democratic process and institute guards for us.

Statehoods have upheld the non-citizens not native born, can police the citizens of the United States.

I say with us with the utmost conviction that the government of 2024 of the United States is illegitimate and properly fit to be thrown off as defined in the 9th amendments unenumerated powers but made clear in the declaration of Independence. Make no mistake we do not wish to alter this contract for light and transient causes but for the detrimental and final sovereignty of the people to be free from despotism and pretended legislation.
